All Blacks World Cup-winning coach on Springboks' physicality: 'They love it'
Former All Blacks head coach Sir Steve Hansen believes teams have to find ways to nullify the Springboks' physicality if they want to topple the world champions

The Scots are coming off a superlative 47-38 victory over Argentina in Córdoba, where they showcased their sparkling attack to run in seven tries.
"They played really well against Argentina away last week and they also had a good Six Nations," the double World Cup winner told the press on Tuesday.
"They're on the up and they're a team you definitely need to make sure you know your roles against. They're a really fit side, a skilful side and they want to play touchline to touchline. They've also got really mobile forwards.
"Everyone talks about their attack, but they've got a really strong defence as well. We've assessed that and we're working hard on it. They stay in the fight. Obviously, we want to take them on physically, but they're well coached and they know exactly what they want to achieve."
With the weather set fair for the Loftus Versveld on Saturday, running rugby should be the order of the day, which suits the Scots.
In addition, Vermuelen pointed out a United Rugby Championship clash that had similar ingredients. The Glasgow Warriors upset the Bulls in the 2024 URC final. This weekend, Glasgow makes up much of the Scotland team, while there are nine Bulls with long memories in the matchday 23.
"Glasgow came here and played the Bulls, the first half was fantastic for the Bulls, but then Glasgow found their voice and their energy," he reflected.
"Altitude didn't play a big role. They actually beat the Bulls. They know the way."
Those Bulls will be champing at the bit to set the record straight, albeit in a different jersey, this Saturday.
