Kieron Pollard: It is a honour to take on the role of head coach of Mumbai Indians
Kieron Pollard says it is "honour" to take up the role of head coach at Indian Premier League franchise Mumbai Indians following the departure of Mahela Jayawardene.

Morkel spent five years as a player at the franchise, from the inaugural IPL season in 2008 until 2013, scoring 827 runs and picking up 76 wickets.
His appointment comes as the Super Kings revamp their management following the departure head coach Stephen Fleming, who was with the franchise for 16 years.
Morkel will join Gareth Batty and Mohit Sharma on the staff after Mike Hussey and Eric Simons also vacated their roles.
Mohit, meanwhile, played four seasons for CSK between IPL 2013 and 2019, taking 58 wickets in 48 matches, while Batty left English county side Surrey.
Those continuing from last season include assistant coach Sridharan Sriram and fielding coach James Foster with for India seamer Zaheer Khan now the head coach.
