Juventus plan on extending 'in demand' forward Kenan Yildiz's contract

Juventus plan on extending 'in demand' forward Kenan Yildiz's contract

The twenty-year-old made an impressive start to the 2025-26 season, scoring three goals and providing four assists in Serie A and the Champions League. His form turned him into a key figure under Luciano Spalletti and attracted strong interest from England.

Yildiz's current deal, which runs to 2029, earns him around one-point-five to one-point-seven million euros net. His representatives want a salary closer to six million euros, using teammate Jonathan David as a benchmark.

Juventus' latest offer sits between five and five-and-a-half million euros, leaving the sides still apart.

The club's reshuffle under new boss Spalletti and GM Damien Comolli has slowed progress, though Giorgio Chiellini has said "everyone is willing to find the right solution" to keep Yildiz until 2030.

Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham, and Manchester United are watching closely and would be ready to move with offers approaching eighty to one-hundred million euros if talks collapse, something Juventus are determined to prevent.

Those close to Yildiz have said he is happy in Turin and open to staying long term, provided Juventus match his expectations and their ambition for major trophies.
