Proteas fast bowler Anrich Nortje has been ruled out of the third and deciding Test against Australia, starting at Newlands on Tuesday, due to a mild groin injury.

The wicketkeeper-batter last featured for the Proteas in their T20I victory over the West Indies in Paarl in January and this run of form will keep him foremost in the selectors' minds going forward.
