Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu backing Stormers to turn form around against Bulls

The Cape Town franchise began the URC season like a house on fire as they reeled off eight consecutive URC wins, including victories over former champions Leinster and Munster.

But along came the derbies, and the wheels came off. The Stormers slumped to back-to-back victories against the Sharks, then went down 24-10 at Ellis Park to an inspired Lions outfit at the end of February.

Now, John Dobson's men are preparing for a resurgent Bulls side who are a vastly different animal to the one they tamed 13-8 in January. The men in blue have found their stride, won their last three matches and will be keen to exact revenge in Pretoria on Saturday.

But Feinberg-Mngomezulu is ready to embrace the cauldron of pressure that is Loftus Versveld.

"As the Stormers, you're always going to be under an extra bit of pressure, and that's a great privilege for us to play for a team with that expectation," the Springbok told the press recently.

"As far as our desires go and where we see ourselves, I think in general, as South Africans, when things hit the fan, we kind of bounce back. So I'm very excited to see where we go from here.

"We are putting in the work and trying to get back on the horse quickly. We are sitting in fifth with a game in hand and one victory away from second on the log. We are motivated to fix some things."

As mentioned, a bonus point victory will see the Stormers leapfrog Munster, Cardiff and Leinster to claim second spot on the table behind the indomitable Glasgow Warriors.
