Samkelo Zwane and Happy Mashiane free to face Kaizer Chiefs, says Cedric Kaze

Samkelo Zwane and Happy Mashiane free to face Kaizer Chiefs, says Cedric Kaze

The duo are currently on loan from Amakhosi at Siwelele for the current Betway Premiership season.

Some clubs are against the idea of loan players taking part in games against them, but Kaze says there is no such clause attached to the pair as they sent them out on loan for game-time.

Chiefs face the struggling newly formed Betway Premiership side at the FNB Stadium on Wednesday.

While Kaze's side come into this game on the back of a goalless draw with Simba SC in the CAF Confederation Cup, Siwelele last went down 1-0 to Orlando Pirates in their Carling Knockout last 16.

Speaking ahead of their upcoming clash, Kaze said on iDiski Times: "We are monitoring their progress because we have a right on them and as coaches we need to monitor their progress to see what we want to do with them next season.

"On the contrary of other teams that loan players and they don't allow them to play against the team, we allowed them to play because we want to see them on the field, improve, and get better for us."

Zwane has played three times across all competitions since joining Siwelele this season while Mashiane has played once as a second-half substitute.
