Callum Wilson bids farewell to Newcastle after four seasons

The 33-year-old joined the Magpies from Bournemouth in 2020 for a fee just over 19 million pounds. During his time on Tyneside, Wilson made 130 appearances across all competitions, scoring 49 goals - many of them crucial in Newcastle's recent resurgence in the Premier League.

In an official farewell published on the club's website, Wilson reflected fondly on his time in black and white.

"It's time to say goodbye after an unbelievable few years in the Toon," he wrote. "Thank you for everything. We stood strong together through the highs and some lows to help the club experience new heights.
