The former TS Galaxy mentor joined the Algeria Ligue 1 side after a spell in Tanzania with Young Africans.
While he has managed to steer his team to the CAF Confederation Cup semi-finals, Ramovic's charges have slipped down to seventh on their domestic league standings.
The decision comes just days after a 1-0 defeat to leaders MC Alger, who they trail by 17 points.
Part of a club statement read: "CR Belouizdad Club announces that it has been decided to temporarily suspend coach Sead Ramovic from his duties until a final decision is made regarding his situation next Tuesday.
"In this context, the duo Mr. Salim Saba and Mr. Mustafa Kurd Oglu will temporarily oversee the management of training sessions and matches until further notice.
"The club also informs that the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Badreddine Bahloul, attended the latest training session, where he held a meeting with the players.
"During the meeting, he reminded them of the need to demonstrate a spirit of responsibility and discipline within the team.
“CR Belouizdad Club reaffirms its constant commitment to enforcing discipline and respecting the club's internal regulations, in a manner that serves the interests of the team and preserves its stability and objectives.”
