The Chilli Boys head into this match after suffering a 3-0 defeat to Mamelodi Sundowns on Wednesday. Chippa, Gallants, and Kaizer Chiefs are all locked on 30 points, but Chippa have only one game left while their rivals each have two.
September believes the stakes are clear in this tie, and says winning is crucial for them.
"A win is non-negotiable. We're not in danger of relegation, so we must fight to finish strong and give ourselves a chance," September was by Sowetan.
Despite back-to-back losses to Sundowns, the Chippa coach took positives from their latest performance.
"There was a great response from the players. In the first half, we pressed high and disrupted their play. It was unfortunate to concede, but we competed well," he added.
"In the second half, Sundowns used their depth to manage the game and scored twice more. We created chances but didn't convert."
With Gallants and Chiefs still having two matches to play, Chippa's hopes of finishing in the top half depend heavily on securing all three points against Bahlabane Ba Ntwa.
"This is our final shot. We have to give it everything and show we belong among the league's top teams."
