Betway Premiership: Galaxy edge Arrows, KZN derby ends goalless
TS Galaxy edged Golden Arrows, while Durban City and Richards Bay FC played to a goalless draw in a tense Kwazulu-Natal derby in Betway Premiership action on Sunday,

The club recorded their fourth consecutive victory on Wednesday, edging past Golden Arrows 2-1 at Mbombela Stadium. The win lifted Galaxy to sixth place, with 19 points collected from 12 matches.
Beganovic expressed confidence following the victory, noting that the recent FIFA break helped the team regain sharpness.
"It was a difficult game, Arrows is always a tough opponent and they play on transition and its so difficult to defend against them," Beganovic told Supersport TV.
"We know every team, and we prepare for every team, we are still hungry for points and we want to improve more and more with every game. We used the FIFA break to prepare our team to look physically good to run for the 90 minutes."
He added: "We are still on 19 points and we still have two games to play, its our goal to stay in the top eight, I want to give credit to players and how we are growing together."
In contrast, Galaxy's away record remains less consistent, with three defeats, one draw, and only a single win on the road this season - a 3-1 triumph over Orbit College in August.
Golden Arrows, under coach Manqoba Mngqithi, suffered their third defeat in four games, leaving them eager to bounce back.
Galaxy's next challenge comes against fellow 19-point side Polokwane City on Saturday at Old Peter Mokaba Stadium. With both sides level on points, the clash promises to be crucial in the race for a top-eight finish.
