Sekhukhune United blow newly promoted Orbit College away

Eric Tinkler's charges maintained their perfect league record with a third consecutive victory after a 3-0 win against Orbit College at the Dobsonville Stadium.

After a tightly contested first 40 minutes, the visitors took the lead five minutes before the halftime break when Vusumzi Mncube found the back of the net.

The right-wing completed his brace on the hour mark to put daylight between the teams on the scoreboard and make sure Sekhukhune take the points.

The game was sealed when Tshepo Mokoane came off the bench and scored from a close-range header to make sure Tinkler's men go home happy.

Polokwane City record first win of the new campaign

Rise and Shine walked away with maximum points for the first time in three matches this season after a 1-0 success at Siwelele FC.

The only goal of the contest was scored in the 18th minute when Keorapetse Sebone found the back of the net.

The home side pressed for the equaliser but fell to their second defeat in three games in South Africa's top-flight.

Durban City and Golden Arrows share the spoils in KZN derby

The hosts took the lead in the 10th minute when Arrows wing Jerome Karlese was unfortunate to put the ball into his own net.

Arrows found the equaliser four minutes before the halftime interval when Junior Dion beat home goalkeeper Darren Keet.

Both teams had opportunities after the break to put the game to bed but each side were forced to take a point from the contest.

TS Galaxy strike late to bury Chippa United in East London

The Rockets registered their first win of the season when they came from a goal down to beat the Chilli Boys 4-1 at the Buffalo City Stadium.

The home made the perfect start when Khaya Mfecane gave them the lead within the first five minutes of the contest.

The visitors were not to be denied though and hit back through goals by Puso Dithejane and Mlungisi Mbunjana.

Dithejane completed his hat-trick with two goals in the closing stages.
