Cape Town City sign defender Njabulo Ngcobo after Sekhukhune exit

The 31-year-old former AmaZulu, Moroka Swallows and Kaizer Chiefs defender joined Babina Noko after leaving Amakhosi in 2024 and went on to make just six appearances.

He spent a brief spell on trial with Chippa United in the off-season but was let go without securing a contract, and has now linked up with City, who will compete in the Motsepe Foundation Championship this season.

A club statement read: "New chapter in Blue!

"We are delighted to announce the signing of defender, Njabulo Ngcobo."
