Marumo Gallants break silence on Jamil Benouahi's absence
Marumo Gallants have clarified the absence of head coach Jamil Benouahi following his no-show on the bench during their recent fixture against Orbit College.

Flavio Silva (32'), Wandile Duba (36') and Mduduzi Shabalala (61') were all on target for Amakhosi at the Peter Mokaba Stadium before Diteboho Mofokeng (68') pulled a goal back for Magesi.
Khanyisa Mayo (82') then sealed the result with his goal in the last ten minutes of the match.
The result saw Chiefs extend their winning to five matches, to move on to 45 points from 23 games in third place on the standings, 10 behind second-placed Orlando Pirates and 11 adrift of league leaders Mamelodi Sundowns.
Magesi are bottom of the table with 17 points from 24 matches played.
Reflecting on the game, Ben Youssef praised his players, including Mayo and Reeve Frosler, who bagged two assists.
"I think the first thing is Mayo, we're so happy with the performance of Mayo and that he scored," said the coach on SuperSport.
"Certainly, he [Frosler] is back and made two assists, so he is showed the importance for all the players in the squad.
"We have a big squad, big team and all of them they are ready to give us what we asked from them and all of them they're ready to fight for the team, but the most important thing we're not performing on one or two players, we're a big squad and all of them can help."
Ben Youssef added: "I think from the start of the season we said that the performance always was there. We were a little bit unlucky sometimes, sometimes we missed a lot of chances then we're unlucky about the injuries.
"Now the squad is ready all the squad is ready and the competition is there for every situation we have.
"Even today we missed a lot of chances but we scored already four goals so the most important thing for you the performance is there and we so happy about the performance of the players,” Youssef said.
Chiefs are next in action away to Polokwane City at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday 18 April.
