Durban City set to sign free agent Sirino
Nedbank Cup champions Durban City have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Uruguayan veteran midfielder Gaston Sirino ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Da Cruz would have been pleased to see his side make a positive start to the second half, with Etiosa Ighodaro giving the Glamour Boys the lead shortly after the break.
Chiefs looked on course to secure victory as the match wore on, with Rangers struggling to find a way past a resolute Amakhosi defence.
However, the Scottish side eventually found the breakthrough in the 83rd minute when Findlay Curtis levelled matters to make it 1-1 and deny Chiefs a winning start to their pre-season tour.
There is little doubt that Da Cruz would have loved to begin his tenure with a victory, particularly against European opposition.
However, the draw should still provide the coach and his technical team with some positives as they continue preparations for the new season.
Chiefs will now turn their attention to their next pre-season friendly against Saudi Arabian outfit Al Kholood on 15 July, where Da Cruz will be hoping to register his first victory in charge of the Soweto giants.
