Harry Kane finishes first trophy-winning season in style in the Bundesliga

The former Tottenham Hotspur man has been typically prolific since making the move to the German giants, bagging an astonishing 82 goals in 91 games played across all competitions since joining Bayern.

He added another one to the tally in the Bavarians' 4-0 win over Hoffenheim on Saturday afternoon to bring his total league goals for this season to 26, five ahead of the nearest competitors Patrick Schick of Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Dortmund's Serhou Guirassy, who both ended the season on 21 goals.

Michael Olise opened the scoring for Bayern in the 33rd minute, with Joshua Kimmich doubling their advantage eight minutes into the second half.

Serge Gnabry added a third in the 80th minute before Kane came on to add the cherry on the cake of a successful season for Bayern in the 86th minute.

Elsewhere in the Bundesliga on Saturday, which saw a full round of fixtures as the final matchday of the season, Werder Bremen hammered Heidenheim 4-1 while Wolfsburg were able to sneak by Borussia Monchengladbach 1-0.

Augsburg went down 1-2 at home against Union Berlin, with Dortmund battering 10-man Holstein Kiel 3-0, with Guirassy getting on the scoresheet via the penalty spot.

VfB Stuttgart prevailed 3-2 over RB Leipzig in a five-goal thriller at the Red Bull Aren, awhile Eintracht Frankfurt showed their class in a comfortable 3-1 win over SC Freiburg.

Mainz and Bayer Leverkusen played out a thrilling 2-2 draw and VfL Bochum ran out 2-0 winners away from home against St Pauli.
