Thabo Moloisane unveiled as Kaizer Chiefs new signing
Kaizer Chiefs have officially announced defender Thabo Moloisane as their first new signing ahead of the 2026/27 campaign under new coach Fernando Da Cruz.

The Frenchman joins Amakhosi on a two-year contract with the option to renew for a further year, replacing co-coaching duo Cedric Kaze and Khalil Ben Youssef.
Da Cruz had a very brief stint with Chiefs during pre-season under Tunisian mentor Nasreddine Nabi two years ago before joining the Moroccan Football Federation as Technical Director.
He is set to be joined by Egyptian assistant coach Mahmoud Abbas and Julien Le Heran who will be taking up a role within the club's sports science portfolio.
According to the club website, Abbas will oversee the squad when it returns for pre-season training on Thursday 18 June, with the head coach set to join the side in just under two weeks.
The 54-year-old Abbas boasts a strong pedigree on the coaching fraternity, holding a UEFA Pro Licence while also previously winning a Botola Pro League title in the 2022/23 season with AS FAR Rabat and working alongside Argentine boss Marco Biesla at Lille.
His winning culture and understanding of the African game will be key in the Glamour Boys campaign in the CAF Confederation Cup next season.
