The highly rated teenager caught the attention of the German outfit following his impressive displays for Nigeria at the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile, according to All Nigeria Soccer.
The 19-year-old has put pen to paper on a long-term contract that will keep him at RB Leipzig until June 2031.
Suleman will wear the number 18 shirt, a number previously donned by Nigeria's 2025 Africa Cup of Nations star Ademola Lookman during his loan spell at the club in the 2017–18 season from Premier League side Everton.
Reacting to his move, the Nigeria U-20 international expressed delight at joining the Bundesliga side and highlighted Leipzig's reputation for nurturing young talent as a key factor in his decision.
"Moving to RB Leipzig is a big step for me and something I'm extremely proud of," Suleman said.
"I'm especially impressed by the way the club develops young players, puts trust in them, and supports them in a targeted way.
"I'm looking forward to learning every day in this highly professional environment, continuing to develop, and giving everything for the team. The style of football played here suits me very well, and I can't wait to pull on the RB Leipzig shirt for the first time."
Predominantly a left winger, Suleman is capable of operating across the front three and can also be deployed as a second striker, adding further attacking depth to Leipzig's squad.
