The 21-year-old struggled for consistent game time at Belgian giants Club Brugge after his move from SuperSport United in 2024.
Campbell made just 18 appearances and scored two goals for the first team, but impressed in the Club Brugge reserve side where he netted 11 goals and three assists in 25 appearances.
KV Kortrijk sporting director Nils Vanneste said: "We are very proud to welcome Shandre Campbell to KV Kortrijk. “With Shandre, we are bringing in someone who brings a lot of creativity, speed, and depth.
"Despite his young age, he has already gained experience in the Belgian First Division. We look forward to Shandre's first minutes at the Guldensporenstadion."
Campbell will be joined in the Belgian top-flight by Bafana Bafana attacking midfielder Relebohile Mofokeng, who signed for Union Saint-Gilloise from PSL champions Orlando Pirates.
