Stellenbosch announce new sponsorship deal with sportswear brand Umbro

Umbro previously served as the technical kit sponsor of the Cape Wineland club during their spell in the Motsepe Foundation Championship.

They have now resumed their relationship and Umbro will supply the Betway Premiership club with kits, training wear as well as lifestyle apparel for the upcoming season.

A club statemment read: "We're excited to welcome Stellenbosch FC back into the Umbro family and to support the players in performing at their peak. The club's remarkable rise and the energy it brings to South African football align perfectly with our values of passion and performance.

"Together, we look forward to growing the game and strengthening our connection with the fans," Sales Director at ShockProof Investment, Byron Mulholland said.

Stellies CEO Rob Benadie added: "Reuniting with Umbro connects an important chapter in our past with a shared vision for the future. This renewed partnership will support the Club as we continue to grow and compete at the highest level.

“Umbro was a great partner during our promotion‑winning era, and we look forward to building on that shared history and creating new memories together in the years ahead.”
