New Peter Mokaba Stadium announced as venue for Nedbank Cup final
Durban City will face TS Galaxy in the Nedbank Cup final at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium, the Premier Soccer League have announced.

The Rockets secured their place in the cup final with Durban City with a penalty shootout win over Motsepe Foundation Championship side Milford at the weekend.
In 12th place with just 25 points from 22 games, a win over Rise and Shine could lift Adnan Beganovic's side side as high as ninth on the league standings.
Prior to their Nedbank Cup win, Galaxy were thumped 6-0 by title chasing Orlando Pirates and they are now without a win in their last 11 league games.
Polokwane are somewhat better off in seventh place with 29 points, but are without a win in their last three games, last losing 1-0 to AmaZulu, and have just one victory in their last nine league matches.
Speaking aheadof the game, Beganovic admitted his team have not been good in the second half of the season.
He said in the Citizen: "Second round we’ve struggled, in some games we haven’t been lucky, in some we concede late goals and drop points but I can guarantee that we will finish in a top eight spot."
Polokwane City coach Phuti Mohafe echoed his opposite number's sentiment when his side was knocked out of the Nedbank Cup by AmaZulu.
“When we started the season, I stated that we need to improve on last season's position. Last season we were seventh, and the season before that we were eighth,” he said.
"We just need to keep on improving positionally, as you can see, even on the field we are improving in terms of the performances, and now we just need to improve in terms of winning matches.
“The target still remains the same — qualify for the top eight and better the previous season's position. Whether it's number six or five, it's fine; we just have to fight for those positions now.”
