'Coming on as a substitute, you have to contribute', explains super-sub Mohau Nkota
Mohau Nkota admits it's not always easy to be a substitute but says he will continue to try and make an impact for Bafana Bafana from the bench.

South Africa secured their place in the knockout rounds as runners-up in Group B behind Egypt.
After starting their AFCON campaign with a 2-1 win over Angola, Bafana were defeated 1-0 by Egypt, before a rallying 3-2 win over Zimbabwe to secure their last 16 place.
Hugo Broos' side face Cameroon in their next game, and Mokoena insists they need to cut out any potential mistakes if they are to make it to the quarter-finals.
He said on iDiski Times: "We're happy as a team to go to the next round, I think the real tournament starts now.
"I think we have to improve, we have conceded so many goals already, so yeah, we need to improve on that, at least we're scoring, so that's good."
Reflecting on the win over Zimbabwe, Mokoena added that Bafana also need to calm their nerves.
"We got nervous when they scored the second one, but we scored [again] and they put in numbers in front, we panicked a bit, we needed to be more calm on the ball because when we're in control we play so much better, when you play too many long balls it's not our game. We need to improve on that and moving forward into the knockout stages," he explained.
“That's why I said the real tournament starts now; it's going to be tough now but we're looking forward to it.”
