Yamela Mbuthuma (13'), Oswin Appollis (45') and Relebohile Mofokeng (58') were all on target in a one-sided win at the Orlando Amstel Arena.
The result returned the Buccaneers to the top of the league summit with 58 points from 25 games - two clear of Mamelodi Sundowns in second, although from two games more.
Pirates had been fighting neck and neck with Sundowns for the league title all season, but two recent draws, against Siwele and Richards Bay means that their fate is no longer in their hands, with just five games of their season still to play.
Reflecting on the game, Ouaddou said his team could have scored even more goals as they plug away in the hopes that Sundowns will drop points.
"I'm very happy for the boys but again if we want to be honest, it's a game that could've finished with 7-0 definitely," the coach said on IOL.
"We have to keep going, I think it was a good moment for us just before the (Soweto) derby," Ouaddou added.
“Before the game I told them we have six games remaining, 18 points on the table and those are six finals because we're fighting till the end.”
Pirates play Chiefs at the FNB Stadium on Sunday, 26 April.
