Goals from Tebogo Potsane (3') and Siviwe Magidigidi (49') secured the result, to lift Siwelele into 10th place on 14 points, and leave Stellies down in 15th place with nine points.
Margeman spent the whole of last season at SuperSport United sidelined with injury, but has made a positive start this term, with nine appearances in all competitions for his new team.
Reflecting on the player's impact at the newly-formed club, Seema explained that Margeman is still working his way back to his best after a long period of inactivity.
He said: "We knew that we have to be patient with him when I arrived. The whole season he hadn’t played.
"We had to work first on his fitness, strength and the weight, and we came right with him and the good thing what made it easier is that he was hungry to play and he was still hungry to play.
"He looked happier to stay, still at Siwelele, because that was another challenge with other players. But him you could see [he wanted to stay], that is when we gave him support.
"And we know he's a special player and I even joked with him that this kind of performance 'you are trying to push to go and play the AFCON (Africa Cup of Nations) or even the World Cup because you know, the Bafana coach if you are doing well, he has proven himself that he can give you a chance'.
"So we are happy. He's one important member of the team, one of the seniors, and one of the guys that when he's on song, we know that the team will do well."
