Anrich Nortje trusting his body as he aims for Proteas T20 World Cup selection
Anrich Nortje will put in the hard work with the Sunrisers Eastern Cape in the SA20 as he aims to be selected in the Proteas squad for the T20 World Cup.

After winning the toss and opting to bat, the home side powered their way to a total of 188-6 in their 20 overs before limiting the visitors to 140 all out.
The Sunrisers lost Jonny Bairstow in the second over when the England international dragged a ball onto his stumps from Proteas seamer Lungi Ngidi.
Quinton de Kock and Matthew Breetzke repaired the early damage though as the duo put on partnership of 116 for the second wicket.
Proteas gloveman De Kock was especially brutal, striking six 6s and five 4s in a knock of 77 off just 47 balls.
Breetzke was more circumspect while De Kock was smashing it to all parts before exploding to score 52 from 33 deliveries.
Jordan Hermann continued his good form after a fifty in the opening encounter, hitting a crucial 37 off 20 balls as the hosts powered close to the 190-run mark.
The Capitals got off to a decent start in the run-chase as Shai Hope struck 36 and Will Smeed 35 but, from a good position of 77-2 in the eighth over, collapsed to 111-6.
New Zealand seamer Adam Milne was the chief destroyer with the ball for the home side, recording figures of 4-25 in four overs while Sri Lanka spinner Tharindu Ratnayake took 2-15 in his allotted overs.
Sherfane Rutherford (25) tried to keep the Capitals in the contest but when the West Indian perished to Milne with three overs remaining the game was all over.
It was a second defeat in two outings for the team from Pretoria and they will look for their first win of the season when they take on defending champions MI Cape Town at Newlands on New Year's Eve.
