Sent in to bat at St George's Park, the hosts blasted their way to 209/5 thanks to sparkling half-centuries from opener Muhammad Manack (52 off 28) and captain Matthew de Villiers (50 off 37), with JP King's late surge (46 off 23) ensuring a formidable total.
An explosive 85-run opening stand between Manack and Modiri Litheko (29 off 20) yielded 75 in the powerplay, laying the platform before Boland briefly pulled things back in the middle overs.
But any hope of a chase vanished quickly. Boland slumped to 42/3 in the powerplay as CJ King, JP King and Aphiwe Mnyanda struck in successive overs.
Mnyanda then ripped through the middle order, claiming career-best T20 figures of 4/23, while CJ King (3/16) and Thomas Kaber (2/18) helped skittle the visitors for just 111.
After a short resistance from Lehan Botha (25 off 14) and Aviwe Mgijima (8), Boland collapsed, losing their final seven wickets for only 44.
The big win lifts the Warriors to 26 points and locks in their place in next Tuesday's first qualifier. Boland still have a route to top spot, but will need a heavy victory over the Tuskers in Pietermaritzburg on Saturday to reclaim it.
