Barkley hails Aston Villa display in six-goal rout over Fenerbahce
Aston Villa midfielder Ross Barkley praised the performance of this team following the 6-0 victory over Turkish giants Fenerbahce at Villa Park on Wednesday.

Antonio Rudiger headed home the decisive goal from an Arda Guler corner, completing a stunning turnaround that left Roma devastated after they had controlled much of the contest.
Roma started strongly and created several chances before taking the lead in the 20th minute. Matias Soule set up Marten de Roon, whose long-range effort took a deflection and beat Thibaut Courtois.
Real Madrid responded through Kylian Mbappe, who marked his 100th UEFA Champions League appearance with an equaliser. His effort also took a deflection before looping over Roma goalkeeper Pierluigi Gollini.
However, Roma regained control after the break. A defensive mistake from Real Madrid allowed Donyell Malen to restore the hosts' lead, with his close-range finish taking another deflection before finding the net.
Malen then struck again after Soule split the Madrid defence with a perfectly timed pass, leaving the Dutch forward with a simple finish to put Roma 3-1 ahead.
Real Madrid appeared to be heading for defeat, but they refused to surrender. Carlos Espi reduced the deficit in the 83rd minute after Gollini could only parry Endrick's initial header.
Two minutes later, Endrick levelled the score with a powerful header from Guler's corner, putting Roma under enormous pressure.
The visitors completed their comeback when Rudiger rose to meet another dangerous Guler delivery, heading home to secure all three points in a dramatic finish.
Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho acknowledged that Roma had been the better team for much of the match but praised his side's ability to turn the contest around.
"Two games in one. Roma were superior in every way, but then we had 20 minutes with a Real Madrid side that was impossible to stop," Mourinho said.
He also highlighted the difficulty of dealing with Soule, who caused problems on the wing and played a key role in Roma's attacking performance.
Mourinho was critical of Real Madrid's defending after the interval, particularly the mistake that led to Malen's second goal.
"In the second half, we were more organised, but we conceded a ridiculous second goal," he said.
"With the score at 3-1, the game was over, but Roma's players were."
Mourinho also questioned whether Roma had the tactical and physical resources to maintain their demanding style throughout the match.
The defeat extended Roma's winless run in European competition to five matches, with three draws and two defeats. It was also their fourth loss in their last six European home games.
Real Madrid, meanwhile, continued their impressive record against Italian opposition, recording their 20th victory in their last 22 Champions League matches against clubs from Italy.
