The 20-year-old attacking midfielder, who earned promotion to the senior side at the start of the season after impressing in the club's reserve ranks, seized his moment in Saturday's top-of-the-table clash at Loftus Versfeld Stadium.

Handed a rare start by head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou, Dansin delivered a performance beyond his years — unleashing a goal-of-the-season contender to cancel out Peter Shalulile's early opener for Sundowns and secure a vital point for the Buccaneers.

After the final whistle, the rising star was full of appreciation for the support around him.

"I'm happy for the coaches and my players, the staff believing in me and giving me the opportunity," Dansin told Pirates TV.

"Scoring in such a big game means a lot to me, and I hope to keep going and getting more chances to play."

The Gauteng born youngster has featured in nine matches in total since being promoted to the Buccaneers senior side.

"The coach always speaks to me about not looking at my age and being competitive and playing for this club also it's an honour for me," added Dansin.

"Every time I get the opportunity, I try to give my best and not worry too much for me being the youngest. I am just ready to fight and give everything."

He could be in action again when AmaBhakaniya face in-form Golden Arrows in their Betway Premiership clash at King Zwelithini Stadium on Wednesday.
