The 27-year-old former Mamelodi Sundowns centre-back joined Babina Noko last season on loan and he went on to make 15 appearances in all competitons.
This term though he featured in just one MTN8 fixture and has now joined a Chippa side looking to increase the size of their squad as they push for Betway Premiership survival.
Mohamme joins fellow new signings Sinoxolo Kwayiba and Bongani Sam at the club now managed by Vusumuzi Vilakazi.
Chippa are currently in 14th place on the league standings with 15 points from 17 games.
