The Super Lig outfit also revealed that the 34-year-old is due to arrive in Istanbul on Wednesday as negotiations continue. Salah became available after bringing his nine-year spell at Liverpool to an end following last season.

Individually, he claimed four Premier League Golden Boots and was voted PFA Player of the Year in 2018, 2022 and 2025.
