AmaZulu look to secure top four Betway Premiership finish against Kaizer Chiefs
AmaZulu will be hosting Kaizer Chiefs in a Betway Premiership clash at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday, as they look to secure position four on the table.

The 25-year-old midfielder has rebuilt his career impressively in KwaZulu-Natal following a turbulent exit from Royal AM, quickly establishing himself as a key figure under coach Manqoba Mngqithi.
His consistent performances have not gone unnoticed, with several Gauteng-based clubs reportedly tracking his progress ahead of the 2026/27 Betway Premiership season.
Amid growing speculation linking him with a move to the Buccaneers, his representative Mike Makaab has acknowledged the mounting interest—but stopped short of confirming any concrete developments.
"Well, there's a lot of interest in Maxwele, but we have to take it one step at a time," Makaab told FARPost.
"The right way to approach this is that if there is formal interest, the clubs have to engage each other, but I can tell you there is real interest in him."
Since arriving at Arrows on a free transfer in March 2025, Maxwele has made 23 appearances across all competitions, showcasing a well-rounded midfield game that blends defensive awareness with attacking intent.
His form has been instrumental in a competitive Arrows squad that also features standout performers such as Siyanda Ndlovu, Isaac Cissé, and Ayanda Jiyane.
While links to Pirates continue to gather momentum, no formal offer has been submitted, leaving Maxwele’s immediate future unchanged—for now, at least.
