Italy head into the clash at the Principality Stadium on the back of a historic 23-18 victory over England in Rome - their first win against the English side in 34 attempts - and have an opportunity to achieve another milestone by recording three victories in a single Six Nations campaign for the first time.
One of Quesada's changes comes in the front row after tighthead prop Simone Ferrari was ruled out with a neck injury sustained during last weekend's match. Muhamed Hasa steps into the starting XV to make his first Six Nations start, while Giosue Zilocchi moves onto the bench as cover.
There is also a reshuffle in the second row, where Federico Ruzza replaces Andrea Zambonin to partner Niccolo Cannone. As a result, David Odiase is included among the replacements.
The final alteration sees Alessandro Fusco start at scrum-half ahead of Alessandro Garbisi. His brother, Paolo Garbisi, retains the fly-half jersey, while Stephen Varney provides back-up from the bench.
Italy will travel to Cardiff with confidence, having won their last two meetings with Wales. Victory would not only secure their third win of the campaign but could also deliver their third consecutive triumph in the Welsh capital - a remarkable feat for a side that has recorded only four away wins in the tournament since joining in 2000.
With Wales currently enduring a 15-match winless run in the Six Nations, Italy have an opportunity to finish their campaign on a historic high.
