Lupopo assistant coach Karim Hendou full of praise for Mamelodi Sundowns point

At the bottom of Group C with one game to play, Lupopo kept their qualification hopes alive ahead of facing leaders Al-Hilal in their final knockout stage qualifier on Saturday, 14 February.

Enoch Molia was on target in the 19th minute at Stade TP Mazembe before Jayden Adams netted a 55th minute.

The point left Lupopo on five points, behind Sundowns (6), MC Alger (7) and group leaders Al-Hilal (8).

Hendou said on FootDRC: "We drew, but for me, we played a very good match, a very, very good match, especially in the first half, where we scored a goal before conceding from a set piece in the second half."

"We have one match left, and to qualify, we must win," Hendou added. “And we will win in Kigali.”
