Magesi determined to return to Betway Premiership after gut-wrenching relegation
Magesi have pledged to return stronger after suffering relegation from the Betway Premiership in devastating fashion this past weekend.

The move comes after Sundowns successfully negotiated a transfer agreement with SV Ried, while discussions with the player progressed smoothly.
Van Wyk also completed his medical assessment last week before the deal was finalised. He has put pen to paper on a long-term contract with the Betway Premiership champions.
Van Wyk arrives in Pretoria following a productive stint with the Austrian outfit, whom he joined in 2024 after leaving Stellenbosch.
During his time at Ried, he featured in 53 matches, finding the net four times and contributing seven assists. He also played a role in helping the club secure promotion to Austria's top-flight league last season.
The winger's journey began at Ubuntu Academy, where he emerged as one of the country's most promising young prospects.
As a teenager, he attracted interest from clubs abroad, but the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted those opportunities due to travel restrictions and uncertainty across world football.
Instead, Van Wyk continued his development locally, signing for Stellenbosch and spending three years with the Cape Winelands club before eventually earning his move to Europe.
