Tammy Abraham completes rapid return to Aston Villa after Besiktas switch
Tammy Abraham has completed a swift and unusual return to Aston Villa, joining Unai Emery's side just a day after Besiktas finalised his permanent transfer from Roma.

The 29-year-old's Turkish club confirmed the sad news through a social media post on X on Tuesday.
"We are deeply saddened to learn of the tragic passing of our footballer Wilfred Ndidi's esteemed father, Sunday Ndidi, in a fatal traffic accident," read the post.
"May Allah grant mercy to the deceased; we extend our condolences to our footballer Wilfred Ndidi, his family, and loved ones."
According to media reports, the retired military officer was rushed to a hospital in Agbor, also in Delta State after the accident, where he was later pronounced dead by medical personnel.
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), football clubs, former teammates, and supporters have expressed shock at the tragedy and offered their condolences to the former Leicester City star.
The midfielder had just led the Super Eagles to a bronze medal at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, where he even dedicated his first international goal to his father due to his influence in his career.
