Rapoo and Baliti join the Buccaneers from Siwelele, while Mmolai makes the switch from Motsepe Foundation Championship outfit Leicesterford City.
"Orlando Pirates Football Club is delighted to announce the acquisition of Neo Rapoo, Aphiwe Baliti and Matome Mmolai ahead of the 2026/27 season.
"The three players join the Buccaneers as the club continues to strengthen the squad and invest in some of the country's most promising talent," the club wrote on their website.
The latest arrivals take Pirates’ confirmed signings to seven ahead of the new season, following the recruitment of Mthetheleli Mthiyane from Stellenbosch FC, Sbangani Zulu from Richards Bay, and Bohale Ngwato together with Ghampani Lungu from Siwelele.
The club also confirmed movement in the opposite direction, with Gomolemo Khoto and Siyabonga Ndlozi completing permanent transfers to Sekhukhune United, while Tshepo Mashiloane will spend the 2026/27 campaign on loan at Babina Noko.
With multiple competitions on the horizon, Pirates appear determined to add depth and long-term quality as they shape a squad capable of competing across all fronts.
