The ruling, delivered in December, instructed PSG to settle the amount within a month, even if an appeal was lodged. The club allowed that deadline to pass and formally chose not to challenge the decision further.
In a statement to AFP, PSG said: "In the interest of responsibility and in order to put a definitive end to a procedure which has lasted too long, the club has chosen not to prolong this dispute."
The court confirmed the total figure of between 60 million and 61 million euros includes 55 million euros in unpaid salary and approximately six million euros in holiday payments owed to the forward.
PSG added: "Paris Saint-Germain is now resolutely turned towards the future, focused on its sporting project and collective success."
Mbappe left the Paris club after seven seasons and joined Real Madrid, where he earns a reported annual salary of 30 million euros.
During his time in Paris, Mbappe scored 256 goals in 308 appearances, establishing himself as the club's all-time leading scorer. However, PSG went on to win the UEFA Champions League for the first time in their history in the season following his departure.
The decision to settle brings an end to a long-running and high-profile dispute, allowing both PSG and Mbappe to move forward without further legal uncertainty.
