AmaZulu snap up attacker Vandala after Magesi exit
AmaZulu have reportedly signed attacking midfielder Mcedi Vandala as a free agent after he parted ways with Magesi ahead of the 2026/27 season.

The 26-year-old struggled for game-time for the Buccaneers after suffering a ruptured Achilles tendon injury in early 2025, making just one appearance in the treble winning season.
According to iDiski Times, the Bloemfontein-based outfit have made progress in their negotiations with Bucs to sign the centre-back and are mulling over whether to make it a loan move or permanent deal.
The former Cape Town All Stars player is set to join former Pirates teammate Selaelo Rasebotja at Siwelele and former Marumo Gallants striker Jaisen Clifford as head coach Lehlohonolo Seema rebuilds his squad following numerous departures.
Seema's side has also seen Bohlale Ngwato, Neo Rapoo and Aphiwe Baliti move to the Soweto giants, with the latter returning to spend the upcoming season on loan with Siwelele.
Sesane made 48 appearances for the Soweto giants, providing two assists.
