Stellenbosch stage late comeback against Orbit College

ls to defeat Orbit College 2-1 in their Betway Premiership clash at the Olympia Park Stadium on Tuesday evening.

Orbit College took the lead just before half-time through Mbulelo Wagaba's left footed shot following an assist from Orlando Pirates loanee Monnapule Saleng.

The home side then failed to extend their lead, allowing Stellenbosch to attack their defence in search of an elusive equalizer.

In the 89th minute, Thato Khiba rose highest to score from a set-piece situation to equalize for the visitors.

Stellies continued to push for a winner and were rewarded when Athenkosi Mcaba scored the winner in additional time to hand the visitors the three points.

The result sees Stellenbosch move out of the relegation zone and into 14th spot, Orbit remain 13th.
