'I hope to be at my best soon,' says Miguel Reisinho after bagging first Mamelodi Sundowns goal
Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Miguel Reisinho says he is still settling into South African football after scoring his first goal for his new club.
The 21-year-old former Transnet School of Excellence graduate has played seven times for the Brazilians' first team following his promotion in the 2022/23 season.
He was an unused last season but part of the Bafana squad for the recent African Nations Championship and has now opted for a move to the Motsepe Foundation Championship.
Speaking after his side's goalless draw with Hungry Lions on Saturday, Kopo told Soccer Laduma: "Ntando Nkosi will be available next week and I think that's going to make a huge difference for us.
“We signed him this week and we've registered him. Finally we got to agree terms with him. Difficult negotiations, but we've registered him and he will be available next week. It's a permanent move."
AmaTuks are currently in seventh place on the National First Division standings with four points from four games.
