Mbekezeli Mbokazi: Bafana Bafana must not dwell on defeat to Egypt
Bafana Bafana defender Mbekezeli Mbokazi has urged the South African national team to move on swiftly from their narrow defeat to Egypt at the 2025 AFCON.

South Africa overcame Angola 2-1 in their AFCON opener to extend their unbeaten run to 26 games, following goals from Oswin Appollis and Lyle Foster.
But in Egypt they face a formidable opponent and Sibisi is well aware of what could happen against the record seven-time AFCON champions if they are not at their best.
Speaking ahead of the eagerly anticipated clash, the Orlando Pirates defender told SuperSport: "Look, for us, we are taking each game as it comes.
"You know, we don't want to get ahead of ourselves, but we have the bigger picture in mind. We know our wish is to win the AFCON for our people, for the country, for ourselves, for our families."
Sibisi added: "So for us, it's just to keep on working hard, you know, we have a solid, solid group, you know, the unity in the group, I think it's what carries us throughout every tournament or every match we play.
"Winning the first match was crucial in setting the tone. That opening victory helps us to avoid the pressure in the second and third matches. For now, we feel a bit relaxed, but we can't be complacent."
