While goalkeeper Opiyo joins from Kenyan top-flight side Bandari Football Club, striker Emmanuel Mwanza and defensive midfielder Luka Mutoshi have signed on loan from Kafue Celtic.
Opiyo has previously played for both Gor Mahia and AFC Leopards, while Mwanza is formally of Nkana FC and Mutoshi was at Nkwazi last season.
