Scottie Scheffler edges Rory McIlroy in play-off to win inaugural Golf Channel Games
Scottie Scheffler edged out Rory McIlroy in a play-off to claim victory at the first-ever Golf Channel Games, held at Trump National Golf Club Jupiter in Florida.

The American superstar is one of three past champions in the field, joined by 2016 champion Hideki Matsuyama and 2014 winner Jordan Spieth.
The star-studded field features eight golfers who have combined to win 13 major championships. Eight 2025 Ryder Cup participants, including Robert MacIntyre, Justin Rose and Sepp Straka from the victorious European Team, are in the field as is Team USA captain Keegan Bradley and Team Europe vice captain Alex Noren.
Three players - 2025 US Open champion JJ Spaun, 2025 Scottish Open champion Chris Gotterup and Andrew Novak - will make their Hero World Challenge debuts.
The 2025 field represents golfers from seven different countries, including the US, Scotland, England, Austria, Japan, Canada and Sweden.
