Juventus' Dusan Vlahovic and Napoli's Lorenzo Lucca top Serie A's salary league

Juventus forward Vlahovic tops the list, costing the Bianconeri an estimated forty-one point seven million euros in the 2025–26 accounts. This figure reflects not only his high wages but also the continuing amortisation of the large transfer fee Juventus paid when they signed him from Fiorentina in January 2021.

Despite constant speculation about his future, Vlahovic has remained in Turin and has been described by Juventus coach Thiago Igor Tudor as "a decisive striker who changes games."

Napoli's Lorenzo Lucca sits just behind Vlahovic. The striker, who joined from Udinese in a deal worth thirty-five million euros, costs the Partenopei around seventeen point seven million euros this season. This is largely down to Napoli's accounting policy of front-loading transfer amortisation.

Club officials have said Lucca represents "an investment for the long term," and the Italian has already made an impact in Naples with goals early in the campaign.

Lautaro Martinez completes the top three. Inter are recording a cost of seventeen point six million euros for the Argentine in their current balance sheet, most of which comes from his gross wages.

Having signed a new contract with the Nerazzurri, the 28-year-old is now the club's highest-paid player. "I feel at home here and want to keep winning with Inter," Martinez said when putting pen to paper.

These figures underline the financial muscle required to keep top strikers in Serie A, with Vlahovic, Lucca and Martinez leading the way as the league's costliest players in 2025–26.
