Liverpool star Mohamed Salah attracts PSG, Bayern and Italian offers

The 33-year-old forward, who has scored 255 goals in all competitions for the Reds so far, will depart Anfield as a free agent in June.

Following the official announcement on 24 March, interest in Salah has surged across three key regions: the Saudi Pro League, Europe, and Major League Soccer.

Saudi clubs are considered the frontrunners. Al-Ittihad, who had a 150 million pound bid rejected in 2023, reportedly resumed talks immediately and are prepared to offer Salah a salary on par with Cristiano Ronaldo's.

Al-Qadsiah is the only other Saudi club with the private investment and financial independence to meet Salah's wage demands. Al-Hilal and Al-Nassr are reportedly monitoring the situation but may not be actively pursuing him.

Europe's elite clubs are also circling. Egypt national team director Ibrahim Hassan confirmed, "Personally, I would prefer him to stay in Europe. I have heard of offers from Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich and clubs from Italy."

Reports also link him to AS Roma, Galatasaray, Juventus, and Barcelona, though some analysts note concerns over his age and high salary expectations.

MLS clubs are watching as well. San Diego FC, owned by British-Egyptian billionaire Mohamed Mansour, is rumoured to be preparing a bid. Inter Miami could offer a potential pairing with Lionel Messi, while Chicago Fire and New York City FC are also said to be exploring deals.

Hassan, however, dismissed the idea of a move to the United States, saying: "A move to MLS? He would be far out of the spotlight. You won't remember him any more than I remember Lionel Messi now."

Salah's next move remains uncertain, but Europe's top teams, Saudi Arabia, and MLS are all expected to compete for one of the Premier League's most prolific forwards.
