Six Springboks picked for Barbarians duty against All Blacks XV

Double World Cup-winner Bongi Mbonambi will start at hooker. He partners with Asenathi Ntlabakanye, while Evan Roos is at No.8 and Rob du Preez will pull the strings from flyhalf. Springbok Andre Hugo-Venter is on the bench alongside Junior Bok bruiser Batho Hlekani.

Brackenfell-born Hanro Liebenberg will captain the side, which features 17 first-time Barbarians in the match-day squad.

Elsewhere, Benhard Janse van Rensburg partners Matiss Moroni in an all-Bristol midfield. England full-back Max Mallins starts in the number 15 jersey, with electric duo Werner Kok and Leolin Zas providing plenty of firepower on the wings.

"It's been an awesome week with so many guys experiencing the Barbarians for the first time," said Barbarian FC head coach Pat Lam.

"We've enjoyed each other's company and the Barbarian spirit, and the focus is now on Saturday.

"The All Blacks XV will present a big challenge, with a lot of top quality players but the further challenge for us is to come together as a group to take them on.

"We're all really excited to see the boys have that experience and the weekend will be a celebration of our week together."
