Virat Kohli returns to India ODI squad as World Cup preparation takes shape
Virat Kohli has returned to India's ODI squad for the three-match series in England next month as the build-up towards the 2027 World Cup takes shape.

After the world champions had elected to field at the toss, Ireland posted a total of 182-9 in their 20 overs before bowling the tourists our for just 148 to seal a famous success.
The Irish had initially been trouble when they slipped to 30-3 inside four overs but newly-installed captain Lorcan Tucker led the recovery with 50 off 36 balls.
The home skipper received good support from Gareth Delany - 49 from 32 deliveries - as the pair shared in a partnership of 64 for the fifth wicket.
India's bowling attack fared well until the mid-innings slumps with seamer Hashit Rana taking 3-24 while fellow pacer Arshdeep Singh and spinner Axar Patel took two wickets apiece.
The visitors got off to a quick start in the run-chase thanks to Abhishek Sharma (45), getting to 45 inside four overs despite the early dismissal of Sanju Samson.
The wheels though completely off with the bat for India as Ireland took wickets at regular intervals to stunt the current T20 world Cup champions.
Ireland's two debutant seamers did most of the damages with Matt Hollard taking 3-28 while Jai Moondra 2-25.
Matthew Humphreys (3-38) then mopped up that tail as India were bowled out in 18.5 to scenes of great celebration that will live long in the memory in Belfast.
