Kruger had already made 16 signings in their first season in the Betway Premiership, including Fierce Ntwari, Sanele Tshabalala, Lwanda Mbanjwa, Kwanda Mngonyama, Katlego Mohamme, Mlungisi Zwane, Shane Saralina, Motsie Matima, Tatenda Tavengwa, Phathutshedzo Musekwa, Thendo Mukumela, Tumelo Mmakgolane, Sidney Fakude, Wonderboy Makhubu, Thuso Moleleki and Asekho Tiwani.
Sporting director Elasto Kapowezha confirmed Konqobe's arrival to Soccer Laduma.
He said: "Yes, he's signed with us for a season."
Konqobe played 26 games in all competitions for the Chilli Boys last season, scoring two goals and creating one.
