Bayern Munich plan to secure Jamal Musiala's future amid transfer interest

Musiala, who has drawn interest from Real Madrid and Barcelona, remains a key player for the Bundesliga champions.

The 21-year-old German international's current contract runs until June 2026, but despite growing speculation about his future, he has not yet started formal negotiations over a renewal.

Musiala previously stated that he is not actively seeking a move away from Bayern, with the idea of playing outside Germany "not on his mind."

However, Bayern Munich are keen to avoid any risk of losing their star, with sporting director Max Eberl admitting the challenge ahead.

"It's difficult, but not impossible, Jamal knows what Bayern means to him," Eberl said.

"He grew up here, and he understands our ambition. He wants to win titles."

Musiala has started the season in fine form, already scoring two Bundesliga goals.

With Bayern set to face Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League in October, his performances will be closely watched by top European clubs eager to secure his signature.
