Bundesliga: RB Leipzig thrashes Frankfurt, Bayern rout ten-man Stuttgart
Saturday proved to be a goal-fest in the Bundesliga as the top two sides in the standings blew away their opposition to pull further away from the rest.

In what was a game of two halves, Frankfurt dominated the opening stanza before surviving a fightback by Gladbach in the second period.
Robin Koch opened the scoring in the 11th minute after a strong start by the visitors, before Ansgar Knauff doubled their advantage four minutes later.
They continued to pile on the pressure and Jonathan Burkardt made it 3-0 shortly after the half-hour mark, with Fares Chaibi adding a fourth four minutes later and Can Uzun rounding off an incredible first half with their fifth goal of the period.
They continued on the front foot after the break, with Koch adding his second of the game to make it 6-0 before Gladbach began to fight back.
Jens Castrop got the first one back in the 72nd minute, with Haris Tabakovic making it 6-2 six minutes later.
Yannik Engelhardt continued the momentum with his 83rd-minute strike and Grant-Leon Ranos gave the scoreline a modicum of respectability with a goal deep into stoppage time to make it 6-4.
Elsewhere in the Bundesliga on Saturday, Johan Bakayoko's eighth-minute goal was enough to hand RB Leipzig a 1-0 win over Wolfsburg, while Borussia Dortmund beat Mainz 2-0 thanks to goals from Karim Adeyemi (40') and Daniel Svensson (27').
Bayer Leverkusen overcame St Pauli 2-1 with Ernest Poku scoring the winner in the 58th minute after Edmond Tapsoba (25') and Hauke Wahl traded first-half goals.
Heidenheim beat Augsburg 2-1 with goals from Mikkel Kaufmann (47') and Sirlord Conteh, giving Heidenheim a strong advantage before Phillipo Tietz bagged a late consolation goal for the visitors.
