Speaking to Sky Germany, Kane has reflected on Bayern's progress and his own form, saying the squad have become more comfortable with the manager's demands as the campaign has developed.
"We now understand better what the coach expects from us and we have grown as a team this season," Kane said. "I feel more comfortable with my positioning and movement. When you train every day the way we do, you can only improve, and that's why I'm developing personally as well."
Kane has praised Kompany's influence both on and off the pitch, highlighting the intensity Bayern have shown in all phases of play.
"I appreciate him as a coach and as a person," he said. "You can see how we play with the ball and without the ball. We have high intensity and high energy. He also sets standards and has clear expectations of all players. That's how you build something, and our winning mentality comes from that."
Bayern have remained in contention across all competitions, and Kane believes that keeps the pressure and motivation high.
"We're still competing in all the competitions," he added. "We've made sure we go into 2026 with the possibility of winning all three titles. The goal as a team is to win everything this season."
The 32-year-old has also spoken about life away from football, revealing he has continued learning German, even if progress has been slow.
"I'm still learning," Kane said with a smile. "My children are learning faster than I am, but I'm understanding more when I listen to my teammates."
Kane has enjoyed the best start to a season of his career, scoring 29 goals and providing three assists in 24 games in all competitions. He will look to end 2025 on a high when Bayern host 1.FC Heidenheim on Sunday.
